10 on the 10th - Stephanie's Day

Happy Ten on the Tenth! (a little late posting)

Here is a little peek at our day.
8:30 am - We are up and getting ready for the day.9:30 - Finleigh and I spend some time together reading a few of her favorite books...I think she loves the color orange. She stares and stares and stares at it.

10:30 Finnleigh has some brunch...I figured this was a better picture to look at...

11:00 We head out to meet up with Tracey and the girls at Barnes and Noble. Finnleigh is learning to survive the carseat with help from Olivia the Owl.12:00 - We head home, but first check out how awesome Tracey looks packing both her babies in her BabyHawk carriers!

1:00 Finn and I lay down to take a little nap. I didn't get a picture of that...

2:00 Mom, Tracey and the girls and Finnleigh and I meet up for a long walk to Winco.


3:00 We are still on the walk and Finn is not loving her stroller, so we go for the always popular Happy Baby Sling. This is Finnleigh's very favorite way to travel.

4:00 We are home from our walk.

7:00 - The amazing Grandma JJ is here to visit.

8:00 tomorrow is Johnpaul's birthday, so we bake him this delicious cake found at Smitten Kitchen


9:00 - Finnleigh falls asleep in her pram while I finish up some chores for the day.

All in all, a great day! Sorry I am so late posting the details.

Tracey's 10 on the 10th!

Well, hello! Here is our 10 on the 10th!

We wake up at 10 and hang out in bed while the girls eat.

At 11, we meet Stephanie and Finnleigh at Barnes&Noble.


Around noon I tackle the pile of dishes. I thought this was more pleasant than seeing my dirty kitchen!






1 o'clock in tummy time! This is miss Mackenzie.

We meet mom and Steph for a nice long walk at 2.

We have made it to Winco (our walking destination) at 3. Adelaide and Mackenzie are waking up a little bit. This is Adelaide.

At 4 we are on our way back home. The girls are sound asleep.

Ryan got home at 5 today and played with the puppies.




At 6 every living being in my house is sleeping but me. I made some coffee and read my book.

Around 7 everyone is up. This is papa holding Adelaide.

And that is pretty much how our days go!

10 on the 10th

Best 10 on the 10th ever! Shawn and I are in Florida! We began our day in Bradenton and then drove to Orlando.

First, we walked to breakfast at a cute little diner and this bird was walking back and forth outside our window. It was highly entertaining.

Next, Shawn's parents took us to see this statue. It is super huge.

Next, we went to the Ringling Museum. We walked around for a few hours. There is so much to see, you really could spend a full day there. It was amazing. This is a photo of the miniatures circus museum.

This photo is from the museum with circus memorabilia. These are wagon wheels before the metal band is put around them.

This museum also had costumes. This is one of the elephant costumes. They are covered with decorations.

Last, we stopped at the Ringling Museum of Fine Art. We saw many very cool pieces of art in there. This is the Blue Madonna. It was fantastic.

After the Museum, we went to Steak N' Shake for lunch. Tasty! Then we hit the road, to head to Orlando. We found a great 80's station on our way there.

This is us, arriving at our hotel in Universal Studios. It was called Portofino Bay and was so cute!

This is Shawn and I, waiting for our water shuttle to take us to dinner.

Last, we had dessert. Creme Brulee with shortbread, fruit, and white chocolate shavings. It was so tasty!

10 on the 10th

January 10 on the 10th!

Tracey came to visit me on the 10th. We had some fun in the morning and then drove to Central Oregon. Since this is getting posted really late, I have no idea what time all of this actually happened.

Morning - Tracey is up and dressed. She is so cute!

After some running around, Tracey and I go to Zenana Spa. Tracey gets a Pregnancy Massage.

After the Massage, we get some tasty food at 5 Guys Burgers & Fries! Yum!
Next, Daisy and Stella get loaded into the car. We are almost ready to leave!

On the road...but we took a wrong turn on the way out of town and we ended up on top of Rocky Butte. That delayed our arrival in Central Oregon a little bit!

Here I am, driving.

Time to take a break from driving and get a little tea. It took us a long time to get to Central Oregon.

Finally we arrived at Dad's house, just after the start of the Duck's game.
